    ·         Current mortgage, home equity or refinance documents
    ·         Home Warranty, if appropriate
    ·         Warranties on appliances and mechanical systems. Paid receipts for any new items purchased which could have a limited warranty.
    ·         Renovation information. Bills and receipts from renovation work, building permits, Certificate of Occupancy, plans, surveys and list of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project. If plans were drawn up for a future renovation that you decided not to pursue, it is nice to include for any future buyers.
    ·         Condo or co-op documents if appropriate
    ·         Copies of most recent tax bill, heating and other utility bills.
